It’s another new week (and I’m sure you agree that the weekend went by way too fast)!
We had a great weekend with family! We joined my extended family and watched my young cousin play baseball at the junior field at Miller Park (where the Milwaukee Brewers play), had dinner with my parents in a fun Milwaukee restaurant, got a ton of household DIY’s done, spent some time in the sun, and grilled some kabobs for our Sunday night dinner! I must say, it was a very successful weekend. 
This week, I’ve chosen the quote: “Always keep your eyes open. Keep watching. Because whatever you see can inspire you.”
Sometimes I forget to take in the beauty all around me. It’s easy to just rush to another meeting or get lost in my music on a run. My challenge this week is to pay attention to the little things – and you might just find that you’ll be inspired!

I love paying attention to the little things in life! My two favorites this week are the smell of honeysuckle and the warm, humid nights sitting on my porch with my hubby. Such simple things but they make me so happy and feel like summer!
