So, how does it work?

I chose to answer Lady Stylistique’s questions, as I received the nomination notification from her first! Here are her questions with my answers.

Ever since I was a young teenager, I dreamt of starting a blog.  In September 2013, after starting my new business: The Chambray Bunny on Etsy, I felt that having a blog would be a wonderful addition.  It is so much fun sharing my ideas, thoughts, motivations, & inspirations with my readers! =)

There are many things that motivate me. First and foremost is God. Being a Christian, God’s Word (the Bible) motivates me to be the best that I can be.  My wonderful family, friends, and my husband are always so supportive of everything that I do, which makes me feel so blessed on a daily basis.  Lastly, my dreams and my goals motivate me to achieve and become successful in life.

I have a lot of “secret” goals for 2014, but more publicly, I’d like to increase posting on my blog, create more products for my Etsy store, and become even more of an expert at my day job in global digital marketing & advertising.

To me, success is when you are content with what you have: a stable job that you love, the roof over your head, and great family & friends that love you unconditionally. You are successful when you completely rely on God to lead your life and lean on Him to help achieve your goals. Of course, financial gain is an additional plus, but it is not the sole factor of success in my book. =)

My style is eclectic. I wear business casual attire during the workday (but try to spruce it up with fun shoes & accessories). On the evenings and weekends, I like to try new trends but am also very attracted to classic chic looks!

Ambitious, without a doubt.  If I get an idea in my head, I will quickly find a way to make it happen!

These questions are always to hard for me! I’ll stick with my favorite hobbies: designing, spending time with my hubby, and working out.

This is also a hard one!! As of right now, for a physical item, I would have to say my engagement ring.  My grandmother willed a diamond ring to me after she passed away.  My husband (boyfriend at the time) used the 10 diamonds from my grandmothers ring and had them added to my engagement ring band. It is so special that I have a little bit of my grandmother with me at all times! She and I are so similar in so many ways; I miss her so much!

Hands down, the greatest moment in my life was my wedding day.  My husband is truly my perfect match! We are complete opposites, yet compliment each other in everything! I am so blessed to have him forever!

Write often, be yourself, and write about things that you are passionate about. It’s as simple and as hard as that!
